We offer electrical inspections for customers needing only an electrical check and not a full house inspection.

This inspection includes checking the entire electrical installation of the house, eg incoming cables from power suppliers (making sure they are the correct type) switchboards, all cables supplied to switches, socket outlets, light switches, stoves and any other items associated with power.

These inspections take from 1 to 3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the job.

When we have completed the Electrical Inspection you will receive a report with photos stating the condition of cables etc and recommendations if required.

Our pricing for Electrical Inspections is as follows:

An hourly rate of $85 + GST for Domestic electrical Inspections

Commercial and Industrial Inspections $105 + GST
